WHAT WE DO
Our multilingual and multi-disciplinary team connects land and sea by bridging gaps in understanding and by making connections that matter for those involved in all facets of the maritime industry.We divide our services in three categories:
Risk
We protect marine and fluvial assets and stakeholders through our extensive risk related services, including feasibility studies, benchmarking, and managing mitigating measures.We employ both internationally recognised risk analysis tools such as SIRA, FSA or PAWSA, and ones tailored to your specific challenge. Our team's expertise spans over an array of disciplines and backgrounds, including master mariners, civil and marine engineers, port experts, jurists and lawyers. This allows us to provide a holistic approach to each challenge, in turn enabling innovative and resilient solutions.
Statistical simulations, such as IWRAP or Montecarlo are part of our portfolio.As a joint venture with our trusted partners we can include the use of scale models in a test basin and wind tunnel as well as full-mission bridge exercises. We also offer CFD and expertise on locks, canals, and estuaries.Whether it is navigational risk surrounding offshore infrastructure, communication between pilots and vts, emergency towing vessels and their effectiveness, subsea asset security, vts set-up, emergency plans or other: we are there for you.
Training & Events
We organise workshops, events, and STCW, VTS and leadership trainings. Our services can be provided in English, Spanish, Italian, Dutch or French. If you are looking for another language, please contact us.
STCW
We have a team of certified and experienced trainers for all STCW subjects, including liquid gas experts, ready for flexible deployment in B2B projects or for group training sessions on request.
Vessel Traffic Services (VTS)
We provide IALA compliant VTS training including:- IALA C0103-1 VTS Operator Training
- IALA CO103-2 VTS Supervisor Training
- IALA C0103-3 VTS On the Job Training (OJT) in ports focused on site-specific particularities
- IALA CO103-4 VTS OJT Instructor Training
- IALA C0103-5 VTS Revalidation Recurrent course (additional Update and Adaption courses are possible)If you are looking for guidance on how to ensure a fully IALA compliant team over the years, our team will gladly assist you with the strategy and roadmap. Whether or not you are starting from zero or have an experienced team who's skills and certification you want to uplevel, we are there for you.
Leadership
Are you a leader within the maritime domain? Do you want to upscale your skills or delve into a specific challenge? We offer single and multi-day leadership courses with optional tailored focus for groups.
Workshops
We organise regular workshops on current challenges within the maritime industry. We endeavour to have divers groups, encompassing each facet of our industry, to maximise dynamic debates and sharing of knowledge.In addition to the workshops initiated through us, we also offer single or multi-day workshops tailored to your needs.
Coaching
Are you a seafarer or are you working within the maritime industry on land? We offer personal coaching to tackle specific challenges you may have, and provide guidance within your current environment or for next steps in your your career.For seafarers in particular: are you curious about the career path you could have on land? We offer personalised help to transition into the new heights of your career that best fit your expertise and expectations.
Work Retreats
Where pleasure meets productivity. Do you have a team that works mostly remote or are you in need of a team-sprint on a particular project? We tailor an off-site focus 'retreat' with your team, and tailor it to reach your goals while adding moments of culture, sport and recharge.
Liaison
We provide liaison services, to help stakeholders engaged in the maritime industry establish themselves in new locations around the globe. We particularly specialise in assisting smooth cooperation between local port authorities and external companies engaged in port or offshore infrastructure work.
